camera lost connection-  went to resync - unplugged it,  reset it and started through the set up process at least 5 times-  after reading the IR code  it tries to sync them beeps and goes back to amber flashing light    only had this camera 5 weeks

Did you first remove the camera from your account before attempting to resync?

 

Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the camera > Remove device.

 

After the device has been removed, attempt the sync process again.

i fixed it-     and i got an email from netgear saying if i did not reply they would consider the case close  yet the email is a no reply  so how are you suppose to reply?
