Zonne are note working - annoying getting alerts outside set zones ??

I have set the zones on my 'bedroom Cam' on my account yet I am getting alerts outside the tbe zones that have been set? . I have intentionally mades zones to avoid any movement detected through my windows yet, it keep on alerting me in any cars passing or lights passing by ???? Please can you investigate my account for the "bedroom cam" events and urgently address this issue.

Don't forget that 1) lights on the walls from passing cars may be in your zone(s) and 2) you need to set your modes and rules to use the zones you set up in Settings.  Just creating the zones isn't sufficient.
