Hello,

 

I purchased my Arlo Q yesterday and set up was a breeze. Everything was was up and running. Today it continues to say Your device is not connected. However im receiving audio but no picture and this continued message. When picture does show up its for a brief moment. Less than a minute, goes offline and only audio is available. Please help. I was really impressed with your product and would love to keep it.

What are your Internet speeds as measured by speedtest.net? Maybe your upload speed is low. Otherwise, reset the camera until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Resync and try again. Also, make sure the camera has good WiFi signal - maybe move it temporarily to see if that helps.

You don't say what device your working on...if the PC, try another browser like Fire Fox

 

Or if on a phone, delete the app, restart your phone and then re-install app
