Hi,

I'm just wondering. What do you see when you open the Library in your Arlo App on your phone?

Is it a still from the security-footage, and does it download the complete movie until you click on it?

Or is the complete clip already downloaded into my library? I'm using a large portion of my data-plan since i installed the Arlo Q cam. Trying to figure out if that is the culprit...

Kind Regards,

Evds

Well, right off the bat... your data is being used by the Q cam.

The Q cam is always streaming. Thats how the 3 second before event happens, it adds a samll amount of the pre-record to the event when the file is created.

As to the Library, those are still shots , when clicked on they d/l to the phone in play mode.  If you want to save them then select the video and download it to the phone ( ios puts it in arlo folder )
