2 cameras that are wifi for my home

I got an arlo go for Christmas. I will use that for my job sites. For convenience id like to get 2 cameras that are wifi for my home. I'd like to stay with arlo since I already paid for the updated plan. Do i have to buy a system that also has a base(router)? And can I use all 3 cameras under the same app?

You could add the powered Wi-Fi Arlo Q or the wireless Arlo pro 2 which comes with a base.
Either way all including the Go would run off the same app.
