I havent used my Q Cam for a while, today i set it up on my android smart phone and can access video etc, so i know my account is good......

SO i decided to log on to my account on my PC using Chrome, went to the log in page, put in user name and password, clicked login spinning circle for a few seconds then nothing. left it for a few minutes... nothing.

so opened the app on my phone and it said i waas logged in elsewhere, so i had logged in on the PC but the home screen had not come up.

SO i cleared the cache etc etc asnd tryed again, no good, so i tryed EDGE browser, same problem..SO for the sheer hell of it i set up another account which i did  went to the log in page and the same problem occurred it wont load the home page of my avccount....

What am i doing wrong??

The login page address i am loading is https://my.arlo.com/#/login

Hi,

I did contact support they suspected it was Kaspersky antivirus causing the problem, they were right, Kaspersky are looking into it the Web Anti-virus component is causing the problem.
