Video down load did not work. Arco Q, but really a library issue.

I selected several videos for download.  The down load appeared to be working.  But when I went to review them on my phone they were the wrong videos, but the correct videos appear to be deleted!  Keep in mind the videos that did down load are still out there.  Can missing video be restored?  Need this for possible civil action, very important to get videos.  Please help me.

There is only one possible way to get back deleted videos at this time...it has worked at least 2x before that i know of.

( but no 100% guarantee it will still work ) ( esp if they were deleted by you by mistake )).

You prob on the basic service ( free ) ...

Depending on how far back the videos dates are, but less than 30 days you have to sign up for the next level of service that has 30 days storage... this can be done on a monthly basis so cost isn't to high.

Why you sign up for the next level, all the videos for the past 30 days are there .

It all come down to how important the files are to you and if you want to take a chance getting them back
