VMC3040 hold reset won’t blink or change color

Pushing the reset pin nothing happens, just stays solid amber

Any reset button needs to be held for a long time to actually cause a reset. If you help at least 20 seconds, that should be enough. However, make sure the battery is charged first.

I reset to factory, removed from app, when I press sync it won’t turn blue. No battery just plugged into outlet
