VMC3040 Arlo Q Syncing Help

Having problem with getting this camera to synch.when plugged in the light goes from SOLID Amber to SOLID purple to SOLID blue. Arlo phone app is NOT allowing this 4th camera to be recognized. Is there something wrong with this camera's software. Why can't I add this 4th and final camera on. ? Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

Blue/ pruple is usu the Q showing your at max range... have you tried closer to your wifi

 

Also you could try a reset and then a sync. ( and try on the web access instead of app )
