Hi,  new to all this.  Cant find an email to send to Arlo Q about my problem, keep getting 'Support' info but no support for contact numbers or anything... Very frustrating.   Any way this is the story..

Bought my hubby an Arlo Q for xmas last year.  He nor I are very up on apps so the device was started off by him and he got it all set up on the Virgin Media site.   Now we are on 'SKY' and we are trying to get the Arlo in to there.   We were told to ask Arlo to release it from Virgin to change over to sky but dont know how to go about this.  Well we probably would if we had a contact number or an email to send it to... Can anyone help us with this problem please.. We are old and just learning stuff. lol

Thankyou

Hey, I'm almost 69 so no one is old. There's just youngsters.

You don't need to "release " it from anything. The issue is that you now have a new WiFi (I assume) with a different SSID and/or passphrase. Go to the camera settings and choose WiFi Network. You should be able to connect to the new WiFi from there.
