I have the Arlo Q, it will not scan the barcode from my iphone 6 or screen on macOS Mojave, not getting a chime.
I have restarted the camera by unpluging it and using the reset button.
I reloaded the app and started again many times.
I have a very fast internet connection, my passwords are all correct.
It just does not want to work.
Can you help please?

When you reset the Q, it was plugged in and you held the button until the camera clicked and the LED flashed amber, right?
