Hi @MGRANDEY
Can you try factory resetting the device with this article here and try again? https://kb.arlo.com/000062665/How-to-factory-reset-an-Arlo-Q-or-Arlo-Q-Plus-Camera

I also got exactly the same trouble too.
Even I have fully followed the steps to factory reset the camera.
No matter through the web or mobile app, both of them will return an error "camera not found"

That response from @ShayneS suggesting a hardware failure is unacceptable.
I’ve reviewed numerous posts about reconnecting Arlo devices after a factory reset, where the device fails to be detected by the Arlo app or web interface. In most cases, these issues seem to occur with devices that have reached EoL.
However, when I connect my Arlo Q Plus via Ethernet cable, I can see it listed on my router’s device list. It clearly attempts to establish a connection with a server hosted on AWS.
Additionally, I own another set of Arlo devices that are still under active support. These devices also connect to the same range of AWS-hosted IP addresses without issue.
Based on this, I strongly believe the problem is not related to hardware failure. It’s more likely that something on the server side—specifically AWS—is preventing my Arlo Q from registering properly.
