Trying to add Arlo Q vmc3040

Hi I'm trying to add Arlo Q.

We have 2 Arlo Q working since many years and now trying to add other two never used before to the same Wifi router but can't add. The process fails after readind qr code and beep sound is prodused.

It may be that since they were unused for a long time, the FW may not be updated to allow them to work.

Check the current firmware on the ones running...   I'm running  ( ver end info )  3500e

If you have the to-old firmware problem, then there is nothing you can do to fix it.
