I think my Arlo Q is defective. I recently added a CVR subscription for my camera and ever since, my camera shuts off and does not work intermittently. I noticed that it will shut itself off at least 5-10 times a day. I have to resolve the issue by unplugging the camera. I am unhappy that I paid for a service and that I cannot utilize the camera.
I would like to purchase a new Arlo Q camera. How do I transfer my CVR service to this new camera?

I have done this a number of times. Go to "settings", "subscription", "manage camera status", and drag your old camera to the inactive area. Once you do that, you can reassign the CVR slot to another camera.
