Stopped working after 1 1/2 years. Get to where blue light is flashing but won’t recognize wifi

Tried several times. Bell chimes but won’t recognize Wi-Fi even if only a few feet away

I've found that the Q may actually be there even though it doesn't complete the claiming process. Try logging out and back in to see if it really isn't claimed. If that's the case, a reset may help. Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and maybe press the reset button until the LED flashes amber.
