Set up-Arlo Q in network that requires username and password

I'm trying to set up the Arlo Q at my office by my desk.  In order to connect to the wifi, I must provide username and password, but during the setup for Arlo Q, it only asks for network name and password.  Is there a way to get around this?

Not unless IT is willing to do something like stick the camera in the router's DMZ.
