I have 4 Arlo Pro cameras at my office with a base station. I wanted to set up an Arlo Q camera at a satellite office which of course would be with another wifi network. I was having trouble setting this up. Is this possible?

It is possible. I believe that Arlo does not care about the wifi network that the cameras are attached to but only uses the cameras that are connected to an email address. So if the second location has a different email address, you will probably have to grant Access from Location A to Location B and again from Location B to Location A to see all the cameras in one app.

If they're both under your control, using the original account will work fine for both cameras.
