I have an issue where my arlo records fine for most of the day up to about 9PM. From 9PM to 6AM, the camera stops recording and shows the attached image. I tried to change the schedules from recording all day to split schedules and even a special night schedule. It still doesn't correct the issue. I even took a camera from another location and swapped it with the one in the affected location. Same thing happenned. The second camera was having this same behavior.

 

When I bought the cameras, it recorded fine 24 hours a day in this same location. I'm not sure why it is not working now and even when I swap with a second camera.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

You're looking through glass with Night Vision enabled. That's the IR illuminators reflecting off the glass. Disable Night Vision.
