Not seeing Arlo Q in windows app

I have 2 Arlo Q's. One is showing up in the windows app and the other is not. I went through all the steps. I did a reset, removed the camera from the app, then added it again...discovered the camera through setup, but it is still not showing the video on the app. (the other is showing up fine)

I know that it's working, because it is recording via motion detection as I type this.

Any suggestions?

BTW, it says: Your device is not connected

 

It is connected, it's just not showing up in the app.

Do it via the browser and web instead of app... see if theat helps;   https://arlo.netgear.com

I misspoke. The trouble I'm having is viewing it through web browser.

Try clearing the browser cache as well as using a different browser.

Just as suddenly as it stopped working, it started working again. I did leave the camera unplugged for most of the day, but I'm still pretty clueless as to why it wouldn't show up in the web browser.
