Arlo Q - will not record AT&T WiFi at my mother's. No problem with Frontier WiFi

Arlo Q will not connect at my mothers. It used to work. She has ATT. I take the Q to my house and it connects no problem to Frontier wifi. Any suggestions?

Check and confirm the proper ports are open on Moms wifi

Also, AT&T gateways sometimes have very unusual passwords including symbols. Make sure that you are entering the password correctly.

I have entered the password and user name at least a dozen times. I can assure you that is not the problem.
