Worked fine on first camera then lost connection. Got 2nd camera and lost connection for no known reason. Same issue with two separate camers. On chat and phone support with Arlo. Courteous, helpful in walking through options like reset Arlo Q, unplug Netgear router and plug back in. Still no connection. Reset unit multiple times. Told to check router at 2.4 ghrz. Done. No connection. Probably a simple step to reconnect but haven't found it yet. Not techy enough to play around with settings on router. Any ideas?

Hey @Pops827,

Try to remove your Arlo Q camera from your account and re-add it back on to see if that helps.
