Anyone have issues recently with Arlo Q not arming (sound and motion activation status greyed out), even though the mode says armed? This happens after a power cycle and drove me nuts until I realized I had to explicitly hit "arm all devices" again even though the status says armed. It seems something is not getting initialized correctly after a power reset. Would be great if Arlo fixes that.

Good Morning Jessica,
The issue seems to be resolved! Now when I cycle the power, if the camera was previously armed, it comes back on as armed and the motion detectors are activated. This is the behavior I expected. Thanks!

Hi curtisbrian2,
Is this happening when you try arming on the web client on your browser?

Hello Jessica,
I have only used the Arlo App but it happens on iPhone and Android. However, I think the effect should be independent of the app. If the last state was an "armed" state, and then power to the camera is cycled, I would expect the camera to come back to an armed state. The apps do display the armed state, but the detection indicators are greyed out unless I explicitly hit "arm all devices".

Can you provide a screenshot where it shows that the detection indicators are greyed out on both your iPhone and Android device?
