Hi for some reason one of my cameras is not working in the dark. I have reset the camera and then it works for a few days then stops again. I have verified that the leds are on, night vision is turned on in the settings, repositioned the camera, cleaned the lens and the firmware is up to date. Why isn’t this camera working? No one seems to have a solution and the firmware update was supposed to fix the night vision but hasn’t helped. What can I do, anyone?
