New Internet - Arlo Q not connecting. When resetting, doesn't connect to my Spectrum WiFi.

I've tried resetting the camera and everything I could think of. I waited for the "clicking sound" when I reset the camera, but my ARLO Q refuses to connect to my Spectrum Wifi. Please help!!!!

Is this a new camera or used? Old firmware has issues with non-alphanumeric characters in the SSID and password. If yours has these, try temporarily making them bland, get the camera to connect and update, remove the camera and change the WiFi back to where you want it. It should then connect fine. Use of the guest network for this sort of thing can also be useful.
