Arlo Q won't connect after QR scan. Tried hard reset but can't seem to find still.

Hello - 

 

I'm having an issue with the Arlo Q. I have done a hard reset and when I get to the stage of the camera reading the qr code it works but then this one Arlo Q camera is never found. All of the other cameras on the network are up and working so I'm not sure what the issue is with this particular one. Any help or solves would be greatly appreciated.
