My camera stopped reading the qr code

My arlo q used to work well, the year lay unused in the closet. Now I need it again, I tried to connect it to wifi, but after reading the qr code I could not connect. Each time there was a sound that confirmed the failure. I tried all the ways you describe here: turn off blethooth, close the window, turn off the light ... and press reset 1 minute. I did and now my arlo q doesn't read qr code at all. There is a blue flashing light but there is no sound that confirms that he has read the code and the blue light is constantly flashing.

Did I break my camera by pressing reset for 1 minute?

Possibly I ruined its software?

Is it possible to connect the camera to the computer and upload the software again?
