Had Geek squad to set up cameras to my new Netgear Router Nighthawk Model R7000. Two of the three cameras synked and one did not after following all the set up prompts. Returned camera to Best Buy for replacement. Geek squad returned to install the third (replacement) camera today. Went to point of searching for device and failed. Tried numerous times with no success. Tried contacting Arlo direct. sent message. Waiting Anyone have suggestions or contact phone number?

As to the Q cam, many times it seems the new Q cams need to be RESET before syncing for some reason ( hold reset for 10 sec till the led flashes )

Unplug and re plug in your router....

 

let it reboot

 

attempt sync again
