Need to urgently reconnect remotely

I only bought the camera this week and trialled it before I left and all was ok but today on the way to the airport the camera went offline for no reason! I bought it for the specific purpose of security while I'm away and I didn't get that far before there was a problem. There's nothing wrong with the wifi signal there so I'm trying to restart it remotely but it's telling me that I need to press the sync button and show the qr code to the camera - I can't do this while I'm away so I'll be GUTTED if this purchase was all for nothing and it actually gives me no security cover. Can anyone urgently help, please?? Many thx in advance

Sorry for bad news... But if the restart doesn't work, there's not much else you can do.

 

For some reason it lost the connection/info.

Are you able to have someone you know check on the camera? Without physically being at the location it is difficult to know why the camera may have dropped offline. It could be a router/internet issue, power out age etc.
