Arlo Q Router Issue

I purchased a new Netgear Nighthawk X4 AC2350 router, and have been able to get our TV, phone, internet and two Arlo wire-free cameras working fine. I also purchased an Arlo Q camera, went through the setup process, but can't get it to record video. The blue light remains steady, but the software on my computer continues to try and discover the camera. Are there settings on the Nighthawk router that need to be changed to allow the Arlo Q to work?

Were you able to add the Arlo Q to your account or are you unable to complete the setup process (past discovering the device)?
Consider factory resetting your Arlo Q and try going through the setup process again. Press and hold the reset button on the Arlo Q until you hear a "click" and the camera reboots. Allow the camera to come back online and try again.
