My arlo wont record to the cloud when there is movement or sound. What can i do?

Verify that the running man for each camera in the Devices tab is black, not gray. Black is armed, gray is disarmed and won't record.  If gray, use the Mode tab, select your camera and select the Armed mode.

 

Also, can you live view and manually record?
