Dear all.
I can't connect my new Arlo Q camera to my Apple Time Capsule.
Everything worked perfect until I tried to establish internet connection. First I used my secured WIFI (WPA2), next via my open connection (no password).
Nothing changed whatever I used my IPhone app or via my Mac.
I tried everything from re-booting the unit to factory reset.

Assuming your Time Capsule is plugged into your ISP's router, have you tried setting up the Arlo Q linking it to your ISP's wifi instead?

Hi Streak2! Thanks for your input. Unfortunately my router only has LAN access. and no WIFI 😞 I neither want to add another router with WIFI to solve my problem.
Anyway, Netgear assumes it's a hard ware failure and they'll send me another Arlo Q 🙂
