Is Q VMC3040 suppose to stay connected to WiFi or just during setup?

Blue light is on the front.  Says connected to Arlo servers but in settings says WiFI is disconnected.  Video has a delay too it.  Is all this normal or should I do something to improve video feed and Wifi conntection?

Reset the Q camera by holding in the reset for about ten sec.... re sync as if new.

 

Mind that if the led is blue/purple, it may be that the Q cam is at the max range for your wifi.
