I have an Arlo Q and apps on 2 iPhones as well as my computer

I have the app on my iPhone X which is my regular one, an older 5s which is just an extra that I want to use most of the time and my laptop computer.  I had it running on my iPhone 5s and when I opened the iPhoneX it shut down on there = I can understand how only one app location should be running at one time, I suppose, but does this mean I should delete the app from my iPhoneX [it's not now open on my computer so probably is not a problem there] and just run it on the 5s???

AND [couldn't find a way to edit] - I tried to turn off the app on my X and go to the 5s and it just wants me to set up a new system - not just click on the device etc.  So how do I get the ArloQ to transmit again to the 5s??

Hi @VictoriaJZ,

If you want more than one device to log in to the account, I would recommend using the "Grant Access" feature so you don't get logged out on your other device. You can read more about it here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
