I have a Arlo Q and the camera only triggers on noise but not motion. I can view live the feed.

When I arm my Arlo Q I can walk buy, jump up and down and it does not trigger motion. But when I knock hard on the table or make noise on my glass door it triggers audio sound and starts to record. I can view the camera live and I see the room no problem. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my Arlo Q ?

Verify that your active mode has motion detection enabled and has a decent sensitivity setting. If that's good, I would remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
