I have 3 Arlo Q Cameras - the Library snapshots are not recording correctly?

When the cameras makes the short auto-recordings after audio or video is detected, something is wrong. You hear the audio for the full recording time, but the video freezes and stops mid-way through so you can't actually see what's going on. Has anyone else experienced this?

The engineering team is aware of this issue and should have a fix available soon. I will provide an update as soon as I am able.

This should now be resolved with the latest firmware update. Check to be sure your camera has the latest firmware isntalled: Release Notes - Arlo Q/Q+ FW 1.8.3.2_21995 - 7th August 2018
