Paid for CVR plan for 4 Arlo Q cameras and was charged $600 but CVR never came on. called back again two days later and told it was escalated but i still do not have CVR and you still took my money. I just want my cameras to have 30 day CVR that i paid for. is that too much to ask with out getting the run around? case (# 40550582)

Its been a week since my first call and still no CVR and no refund. All i got was an email that my issue will be escalated. You already have my money can't you just turn on the CVR for all 4 of my camera's?
