Help installing Arlo Q camera

We have two cameras
Only one will install. So I bought a base station. I can’t get the base to recognize the camera and the 2 camera won’t connect

Q cameras don't use a basen - return it.

 

What have you tried? What do you see? Have you tried holding the reset button until the camera ckicks and the LED turns amber?
