Has anyone managed to get an Arlo Q/Plus to connect to a mobile wifi hotspot?

Has anyone managed to get an Arlo Q/Plus to connect to a mobile wifi hotspot? Mine keep failing to connect & like ges5, they're in an area without stable wifi available.

I would think it would connect as long as you follow the limitations for characters in the SSID and passphrase and the hotspot isn't blocking ports 80, 123 or 443 to arlo.netgear.com.
