Hi, new here. I recently bought an Arlo Q as in a week ago. I have tried all the usual things but the fastest time delay I can get is 37 seconds between what happens live and the same thing showing live on the camera. Surely this is not right?

37 seconds is definitely not normal. Try moving the Q near your router and see if it still happens. If not, it's something about the location. Otherwise, try resetting the Q using the reset button until the LED flashes and resync.

Hi, I did a reset, or should I say 3 as it took 3 attempts before it would find the camera.
Anyway the time between live and camera is now down to around the 4.5 second mark. Which is a big difference.
Thanks for confirming that 30+ seconds was not the norm.
Fingers crossed that everything stays the same.
