Hello,
I purchased my Arlo Q almost 2 years ago. I chose this product rather than other brand for a specific function: being able to share only the video without audio. And it worked well for a time. As administrator, I turned off the audio & microphone. Other accounts I shared the camera with
(guests) could not change this setting. They only had the video. But.. recently (not sure when it started - maybe after a software update?), I realized than guest accounts can activate / deactivate the audio for themselves. My control as Administrator is not global anymore ! Everyone can choose.

This is not what I wanted.
1. Is this behavior normal ?
2. I want to prevent guest accounts to have audio. Do you have any solution ?

Try turning off "Allow Access Rights" for the guest accounts who have access to your cameras. You can read more here:
