Cannot connect to internet

I connected 2 cameras in a room near my router successfully. I then unplugged them and placed them in their final locations in my house. Not I only get a solid purple light as they are connected to my wifi, but not to the internet.  The router is functioning ok, and I have tried to reconnect both cameras but with no success.  Any ideas

The purple lights usu means your at the limit or nearing the limit of the wifi range...

 

Brin them closer and plug in to see if they re-sync automatically.

 

If not , you'll have to sync them again as if new.
