After enter my arlo q name and timezone, it goes please wait to connect screen for 1 second then go directly to cant connect screen like in the picture. Tried to reset many time but doesn’t work. Please help

Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. Then click on Live Chat and try the chatbot that pops up. If that doesn't lead to a resolution, continue on to a support agent.

I have the same issue. Once  I set the timezone and hit okay the setup fails.
