Can we have an Interruption push Notification?

I wanted to ask if there was a way to set up getting a notification if the camera for whatever reason loses its wifi connection. (or more specifically internet connection) So this could be due to just dropping the wifi signal, or a thief cutting the broadband/ethernet wire from outside the house or simply a power outage at the router or camera. I would think a notification of some disruption would be of interest to those using these for security reasons?
