My Arlo Q did a firmware update, tonight, and now it is blinking purple at various times. I know it means it's too far from the router but that is not the case. I read about many others having this same problem after the recent firmware update. Someone suggested filing a "trouble ticket". However, when I tried to contact Arlo via their website - the contact box disappeared as an option and only allowed me to use the community forum. How can I file a "ticket" with Arlo to let them know about the blinking problem? My camera is very close to my router and I have all the LED lights turned off as a setting option (but I know Arlo disregards this and still allows the flashing purple light).
