Can't connect to my arlo Q camera. Shows internal error.

When I connect to it on my phone i can get till it says to name it then when i do that it says internal error

And when i connect to it on my pc it cant find it

First I would delete the app on the phone and reinstall it ( make sure it's the latest version )

 

Then, I would try a full reset ( hold reset in till led blinks , about 10 secs ) and try and set up again.
