Arlo Q trouble onboarding

I lost connectivity over the night and removed the device to reset. Now when I try to reset it has a long amber LED then turns Purple. I have several other devices hooked up to my WiFi with no issues. I even rebooted my modem and router. It will still chime but is unable to locate the Q.

Have you tried factory resetting by pressing a pin in the factory reset pin hole for 10 seconds?
