Can’t add Arlo Q to app. Showed flashing amber so tried setting up again. Can't choose Arlo Q?

I left my Arlo Q unplugged in the garage for a while and just tried getting it going again. It was flashing amber so I thought it needed to be setup again. I deleted the camera from the app and wanted to add it back. However, the app only allows me to choose Ultra, Pro, or Essential cameras. I see no choice to add my Arlo Q. Any advice?

Can you access the web at MY.ARLO.COM

it is listed under camera others

 

PS on android also as Other... no ios in my hand

On Android, at least, there's an Other Camera selection under Essential. You have to scroll down to see it.

There is no choice for Others in the IOS app. Only if I log in via my PC. I brought the camera in and was able to get the PC to setup the camera.

Reboot the phone and reinstall the app. If still missing, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to raise the issue.
