Camera didn't show up one day. Tried to set up again by removing it and then add new device. Stays on solid amber and won't go Blue even after a reset. I am 12 inches from router.

This has happened three times in 2 years. I'm beginning to feel as if it's a piece of junk.

Can I get some help. I'm doing everything exactly the right way.

Sounds dead to me. All you could try would be to use a different charger in case the supplied voltage has changed.

Welcome to the club. Same thing happened to me just yesterday. One guy said that he left it unplugged for over 24 hours and then it somehow allowed him to resync his Arlo Q. I'm trying that next just in case.

Have the exact same issue, worked fine for a couple of years, then stopped syncing. Power is one as the amber light comes on solid for about a minute then goes out.  Sync, and reset appear to do nothing.   I too will try the 24 hours or more and see what happens.   Frustrating.
