I AM UNABLE TO SYNC MY ARLO Q TO MY NEW HUGHES.NET DISH ROUTER. AFTER IT IS UNABLE TO SYNC I HEAR A SHORT BUZZ SOUND.

WHat device are you using to sync? Is it on the same network? Have you tried both the app and a browser? WHat's your upload speed as measured by speedtest.net?
