Hi, Arlo group...Ive always been able to set an activity zone easily..but now when I set the activity zone for when the front door opens (activity zone is set with a small box above the front door) it activates for anything...everytime the kittens run by it starts recording.

I noticed online that the activity zone feature can be used for an alert zone or an ignore zone. Is there a way to make the highligthed box one or the other?? If so...how?

Never heard of an exclusion zone with these cameras. Try removing the zone and recreating it. Since these are Q cameras, be sure to select the zone in your rules.
